Hillfoot, the specialist carbon and alloy steel stockholder, has moved to build on its established international operation with the appointment of Adam Bradley to the new position of Export Manager.
Adam brings with him nine years of experience of dealing with metals buyers around the world and in-depth knowledge of the oil & gas, aerospace, power generation and defence sectors.
He has sold directly into 45 countries, including the USA, Brazil, China, India and the Czech Republic, and in his previous role developed a global agent network.
Fluent in both Spanish and French, Adam has a proven track record of growing sales in key territories, developing relationships with major OEMs and successfully delivering complex metals supply solutions for customers.
His new role as Export Manager will see him build on Hillfoot’s existing international sales operation, which currently involves the Sheffield-headquartered company exporting materials to manufacturers in 38 countries using a wide range of Incoterms.
Adam said: “The chance to join Hillfoot and take on the exciting challenge of developing an already successful set-up was too good to turn down.
