As part of a recent re-organisation, we are excited to be recruiting for a Business Support Administrator position to join our Business Support Team.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for administration and support functions within the team as outlined below.
The main tasks of the role will include:
Sales and purchase order entry, including contract review.
Sale quotation entry.
Updating existing sales and purchase orders relating to pricing and delivery dates
Expediting customer sales orders and providing an update through a customer expediting report
Liaise with customers regarding issuing quotations using pre-agreed pricing structures
Validating supplier order acknowledgements against purchase order requirements
Liaising with freight forwarders and validating customs documentation
Arrange deliveries from suppliers, booking material in on arrival and allocating stock to outstanding sales orders
Processing of goods inwards documentation, including entry and validation of product information (test certificates)
Raising and emailing despatch paperwork to the customer
Raising despatch paperwork and customer invoices
Stock transfer, movement and cleansing.
Answering incoming calls within the team and directing queries.
Candidates must have the following experience:
Business Admin NVQ level 2 or relevant experience
Previous experience in an administration role in a sales and/or manufacturing environment.
Required knowledge and skills include:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
PC Literate: Understanding Microsoft applications and ERP systems.
MS Office: Intermediate level
Numerate and literate
Good general knowledge of the office-based processes
Clear communication.
Qualifications:
GCSE C or above in English & Maths or equivalent.
